Guide strips & Rings

Guide strips and wear rings are non-metallic guiding components for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. They absorb side loads, align pistons and rods, and prevent metal-to-metal contact to protect seals and cylinder bores. Made of PTFE composite or phenolic material, they deliver low friction and stable sliding motion.

They are widely used in construction machinery, industrial hydraulics, automation and injection molding machines. TOPSEALS provides standard and custom guide strips and wear rings to extend cylinder service life and cut maintenance costs.
