Our guide strip and guide ring act as hydraulic wear support components to prevent metal-to-metal contact between piston, rod and cylinder housing. Available in bronze-filled PTFE, phenolic fabric and nylon materials, these wear rings absorb lateral loads, cut friction and protect sealing elements from damage.
